A recent visit to Victoria College, University of Toronto offered youth an important opportunity to experience post-secondary life in a meaningful and accessible way. For many of the young people involved, this was their first time stepping onto the UofT campus, one of Canada’s leading post-secondary institutions.
The visit was designed to do more than tour a campus, it was about exposure, inspiration, and possibility. Youth were able to walk through learning spaces, learn about student life, and begin to picture themselves in environments that may have once felt out of reach.
These experiences play a key role in expanding confidence and shaping future goals. When young people can see what is possible, their aspirations grow.
Opportunities like this are made possible through ongoing community support. With continued investment, we can ensure that more youth have access to experiences that broaden their horizons and open doors to post-secondary pathways.
