March Break 2025 marked an exciting shift in how we support youth in envisioning their futures. This year, Success Beyond Limits moved beyond traditional career exploration in corporate spaces and focused on something just as critical, post-secondary exposure for students.

Over the course of the week, participants visited University of Windsor, Queen’s University, and University of Waterloo. For many students, this was their first time stepping onto a university campus, walking through lecture halls, connecting with current students, and imagining themselves in these spaces.

These experiences help make post-secondary pathways feel tangible and attainable. By meeting mentors and exploring different environments, students gained confidence and clarity about what’s possible after high school.

We also captured the outcomes of this initiative in a dedicated impact report, highlighting how exposure like this can shift perspectives and open doors.
